Ken's Tackle Fishing Report
Like to Fish PanFish? Then come on Down!
Fishing in the Otter Tail area is picking back up!
Panfish on the smaller lakes have been very active in the 8 to 15 foot of water. But crappies have been a little slower for some reason.
Walleyes are being found in 20 to 30 feet of water during the daytime hours. Crawlers and leeches are still working the best - not a new story for this time of year.
Bass has been active with Scum Frogs as the bait of choice. A few Muskies have been caught on West Battle in deeper water by trolling.
So come on up to the Battle Lake area and you can catch any type of fish! Give Gary a call at Ken's Tackle, 218-495-2895 for a head up or visit www.kenstackle.com for the latest. We also post pictures (Proof tab) of some great strings!
