  • With the weather as it's been - it's been great to be out fishing. It's sunny, temp is fantastic and the fishing is good to boot.
Perch and walleyes are being caught on Otter Tail Lake in the 13 to 30 feet of water.
Crappies and sunfish are improving on area lakes in the 15 to 25 feet of water.
Remember walleye, northern and bass seasons close Sunday February 26th at midnight. Permanent fish houses need to be off the lakes March 5th.
Note: Minnesota fishing opener is May 12th. Coming fast!
Stop in Ken's Tackle to get the latest. We also have some winter tackle sales going on!

Fishermen continue to come into Ken's Tackle with smiles on their faces. We've been lucky to put folks on fish this year and here's the latest details:

Walleyes are found by shoreline breakers / edge of the weeds in 14 to 20 feet of water. You'll also find your fish around Grandpa's Island and many point flat areas.

Perch are on the flats in 10 to 12 feet of water.

Or you could go over to West Battle Lake these days. The bite is improving and you'll get some nice panfish in 18 to 25 feet of water.

Give us a call at the shop for the latest! Becareful and most of all - make memories in the Otter Tail Lake area!
